My husband and I recently began a quest to find organic nut brittle bliss. We tried recipe after recipe, using only 100% organic ingredients. We spared no expense. Then we put in lots of love so that when you tasted our brittle, it would transport you back to your childhood. We have 17 grandchildren and plan to have one brittle recipe in honor of each child. Below you can see me last Christmas 2007 with one of our grand daughters, Zoe Elizabeth Lovett. Our first brittle, which is in her honor, is our flagship Gotta Lovett Brittle made from only the highest quality organic cane sugar, organic corn syrup, pure organic coconut oil, and huge organic pecans - YUMMY! Only the best for our family!
